By accessing or using Secure FileShare ("the Service"), provided by Hasimax Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. In no event shall Hasimax Solutions, its owners, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from (i) the use or inability to use the Service; (ii) data loss or corruption; (iii) service interruptions; or (iv) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

You use the Service at your own risk. Hasimax Solutions is not responsible for the content of files shared through the Service.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to share any content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, or infringes on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate access at our sole discretion.

4. Data Retention

Files are automatically deleted after they are downloaded once or after 24 hours of inactivity. We provide no guarantee of file persistence or recovery once data is deleted.
